What clothes should I wear?

You should wear comfortable athletic wear and appropriate footwear such as Sneakers, Running or Athletic Shoes. Depending on the type workout your getting, Women can wear a variety of bottoms: leggings for yoga, shorts, and stretch pants for regular exercises. Also, a Supportive Sports Bra or Fitted Tops. For Men make sure that your bottoms give you a full range of motion. It's best to stick to shorts or sweats and breathable, flexible t-shirt or tank.

What about jewelry?

To prevent jewelry from causing injury, getting lost or damaged we highly recommend leaving your jewelry at home or in a safe place. Evoleros is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.

Can I take Pictures/Videos?

No, cameras and cell phones are not allowed and must be put away during class. To preserve the intimate nature of Evoleros, Photos and Videos are strictly prohibited. We strive to keep Evoleros a safe environment for everyone to express themselves freely without having to worry about anything going public. We need to respect everyone’s right to privacy during class time.

If you are book a private class or party you may take photos and videos. If you share a pic or video and tag Evoleros either on or or you can earn special client reward points. Click here for more details.

What are the Class Sizes?

Class sizes are either private or small where you will experience support, camaraderie and NO judgment!


Do I need to be in shape before taking classes?

Please, come as you are! No prior experience is necessary. We work with all body types and tailor our instruction to your individual needs.


Do we have to be a couple to attend?

For the couple’s class you must bring a partner. However, it could be a friend, lover, spouse, best friend or whoever you want as long as they are 18 and older and you are the primary account holder.




Evoleros Policies

  • Please arrive on time, or up to 10 minutes early for class. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the class starts, your instructor will determine whether or not you will be able to join the class. If you have been asked not to participate due to lateness, you will be considered a “No Show” which will result in forfeiture of the class.  Every class requires a 10 to 20-minute warm-up. If you are late, then you are missing the most important part of the class. The warm-up increases muscle efficiency reduces the potential for injuries and prepares your body for the movements being performed in class. Your safety is our #1 priority. Therefore, this policy will be enforced.

  • Do not practice any movement during class that is not being taught. We cannot guarantee your safety and this is grounds for dismissal from class.

  • RESPECT your fellow comrades and your instructors. Evoleros has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate treatment of others.

  • Recording of instruction is strictly forbidden.

  • We strive to keep Evoleros a safe environment for everyone. Because of this very intimate nature, we prohibit the use of cameras during classes.

  • All of our classes are 18 and Up, this is an adult space, and inevitably some music played during class will be of an explicit Nature. Please be understanding, and mature.

  • No street shoes or high heels are to be worn during class. This is to preserve the hardwood floors. Shoes can have dirt and debris that can scratch up the surfaces.

  • Remove jewelry from hands and arms before taking a pole class. Jewelry, especially metal, can cause damage and injury to the hands and bodies, and even your own precious jewelry! Please take it off and store in a safe place. We are not responsible for any property that may be damaged or stolen.

  • Lastly, and very importantly, part of what makes Evoleros a wonderful place to be is the positive and encouraging energy that the staff and clients share. This is very important as we begin or continue our journey of self-confidence, empowerment and sensuality in our own skin. We must all take responsibility for the energy we bring to the space. Please leave all your worries, stress, and negative vibes at the door!

  • Under no circumstances are children (18 and under) allowed to be in the studio.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please email us at or call us at least 6 hours before class if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can allow someone else to attend. We will only reschedule you ONE TIME, so make sure it's a class you can make it too! You must reschedule from one month of the original class date. Refunds are not issued for notice less than 6 hours or no-shows.

To prevent people from misusing our flexible class schedules and to ensure all of our customers have a fair chance to take a class, you must cancel to avoid being penalized.

Private classes or parties must be scheduled, paid for and confirmed no less than 24 hours before scheduled time. No refunds are permitted for private classes or parties. You must give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule you're private classes or party. You may only reschedule it once, and it must be rescheduled no later than 4 weeks from the original date.
